I would have said 2004 -- back in the Jeffery and SpaceMouse days --, but the earliest post I can find is from July 12, 2006 under the GandyDancer name. I'm thinking I had a different handle in those "lost" years. GandyDancer was my darker more snarky persona. I was getting lots of "last edited by moderator" notes on the lower right screens.
I've been thinking about taking all my old posts from here (6000 or so) and across the tracks (10000+) and compiling them into some sort of "model railroad info and helps from the Iron Horseman's view" thing. I mean it has been a pretty big investment in time. I've sometimes spent hours researching some responses.
Ha! it would be funny just to compile my mistakes.
