Without getting too political, just what is it that you are not happy with?
I'm not touching this with a ten foot pole!

Good decision, dont let Sherrel bait you, he's a master.I'm not touching this with a ten foot pole!
Karl/Greg - Are you paying taxes because you underpaid, or because your tax rate went up? I'm seeing and reading lower rates even with some of the guys here.
Can't help it, I guess I am a pessimist, I think the political situation in this country today helps me out with my pessimism! I am old and like much better how things where than how they are now!
WOW thank you for the information!August 1960 is what I found on it. There are more pics of this train. How they loaded it and so forth. Meadow River Lumber Company is who the train belongs to.
Chet: Does look normal, but crowded engine terminals mean a lot of work for the pit crew. More typical of weekends.Joe - I have been running trains and have a lot of locomotives and freight cars back into the hidden staging area. The terminal is back to normal. Not so crowded.
Temporarily I am posting progress photos from my phone.[/QUOTE

Curt: You are making progress. Hope your laptop is back soon. Will be nice to see the finished product. Have fun tomorrow with the guys!
Phil: Now don't you go leading the fellows astray!Looking forward to seeing CURT and JON again tomorrow.
Yesterday, I spent the afternoon raking all the Oak leaves that found their way to my back yard over the winter. Enough to fill four 55 gallon bags.
I also filled a 55 gallon garbage can with broken branches and twigs. Today, I loaded all of that plus another pile of broken branches and tree limbs into the pickup and carted them off to the dump. The high West wind this afternoon, provided me with more leaves to rake up later in the week.
I spent about 90 minutes in the train room, and restaged everything with fresh cars from storage, then packed away much of what was used over the winter. then I gave each of the four engines currently on the layout a workout. There were no meaningful Hockey or Baseball games to distract me for a change. NHL playoffs begin next week.
