Currently cataloging large collection. Any tips on identifying unmarked brass locomotives would be a huge help. Does American flyer make a silver streak B unit? Can't find any info on it.

Holy smokes!
I can’t help you with that, I know there’s places like Dad's Brass Trains that might.
I've recently acquired a large collection of HO and N scale equipment myself, lots to sort thru!

For brass locomotives start with the wheel arrangement. There is a book out there called the Brown Book by Brown on brass train prices. From the wheel arrangement you could look the look at placement of the domes, type of pilot, type of firebox, and narrow down who the manufacturer is.

I don't see any brass in those pictures.
