Chip, that looks as though somebody took one of the WS retaining walls and made a mold from it. I did that 20+years ago with a different style. I works very well. The ones I am using are the Woodland Scenics (originals). If I was needing 20 or so of them, I would probably make a mold and make my own. One thing I do is cut the retaining wall so that the reinforcing stone columns are not duplicated. On the prototype retaining walls I have seen, they are singles.
I just got back from the LHS. They had 2 in stock of every type of the WS retaining walls except........ I'll let you guess. So I bought the one they had and told them to get more in stock ASAP.
