Can I do two reverse loops like this? Also, Is there anyone with SCARM (stupid MAC) that could do up this layout? 15' 5" long x 8' right side x 6' 5" left side using all atlas turnouts, flex and very little sectional

This is DCC and will be manually controlled reversing loops

The polarity of the two reverse loops can easily be controlled by an auxilliary switch attached to the turnout that controls entry to the reverse loop, you just need a double pole switch, which may be included in your turnout motor if you use a Tortoise or similar, or you may have to add a switch like a Peco PL15 if you are using Peco solenoids. Once the train is fully within the reverse loop just return the entry turnout back to the Normal position and the polarity will be switched ready to exit the loop.

assuming this is not DCC which can use auto-reversers, don't you want the ability to independently reverse the polarity both inside and on the mainline? Is one DPDT switch enough and do you want the polarity tied to the switch/tortoise position?
