While trying to get a little better organized (and getting rid of some junk), I came across a box of "miscellaneous stuff" -- including three Magnuson 439-951 L series vans. I'm pretty sure this is a model of a Ford L or LN series delivery truck, but I cannot figure out what year (or years) they might be. I did a Google search and saw similar trucks everywhere from 1983 to 1995, and I'd like to narrow it down a bit.
Actually, they are most likely NOT accurate for the period I model -- I just can't quite make up my mind in the years 1968 - 1972. But to my untrained eye, they just kind of "look right", even though they probably aren't.
I guess they'll fit in with the rest of the stuff I have; to me, it seems to be easy to find more than a few vehicles from the 1940's and 1950's -- less so in the 1960's. Oh, I've found a few... but not as many as I would like.
Anyway -- if anyone could I.D. that Magnuson truck, I'd appreciate it!
