they are relatively easy, but very expensive ... a more inexpensive solution is individual leds and appropriate resistors ... that way it's easy [ just vary the resistor] to vary the leds light output

If you in no rush, I get mine from fleaBay, China, I got 20 mini LED's for £5 including postage, for the rear headlight, they work fine

If you couple the LEDs with the flashing/ blinking circuitry, they're not a bad deal (methinks).

You will find them on ebay, made in China. One company is called WeHonest. I have ordered a lot of stuff over the years and everything worked.

Wehonest_US is shipping from California. Slightly higher pricing but faster delivery. Prewire LED w/resistor for approx 66 cents each in bundles of 15 for $9.99. FREE shipping but now Ebay charges your state tax.
They also have a bunch of other RR related stuff.
