Did a bit more fiddling today....

....a wee bit to do yet..

In the top photo, you can see some of the white plasticard that I used to fill in some the holes beneath the windows. I drew a line on top of the short hood after the front of the cab, which made it easier to sort those wee holes out, still some touching up to do....

The second photo, I just cut away some of the plastic on the back of the cab, unfortunately....the plasticard was a bit thinner for this, so I need to sort that out somehow....

I've also removed the road # on two of my cabooses, since I had doubles, now I need to go through my book for rib sided cabooses, so that I get the road # right....

Loving the progress so far, keep it up.
I'm a Milwaukee Road fan myself, so I'll be keeping an eye on this project.

Sorry, cannot help you as I have never seen or held one in my hand, or looked that close at the loco that it is going on.
I would think that CA would hold it, or a dab of one of the miracle epoxies.
Why don't you fire off a PM to Charles Smiley or Karl or Curt .. maybe they have done the same?
