I bought this Intermountain car (clearance priced from Midwest) basically to practice weathering with Titanium White oil paint…
Painted the trucks a mix of Tamiya Light Grey and White
Did a dilute Tamiya White fade coat with the data plate + yellow safety stripes masked off
Then Van Dyck Brown, Raw Umber and Burnt Sienna oils…
Sealed in between with Tamiya Clear Flat from the spray can
Then the oil washes of Titanium White..
Some Vallejo German Dark Brown chipping
Tamiya grime mix on the wheels, underbody and walkways…
Final coat of Rustoleum Clear Flat

I am familiar with the Inland co name because of a box car made by HObbyline HO trains 1956. preview catalog here the 1956 train set #412 "The Shuttle Bug with tis INLAND box car. Just the product being moved is Ammonia Sulphate.
