Update: Little Grande man is grown up and the layout was taken down years ago. But... the there are boxes of of trains stored downstairs. Who knows, there may be another railroad in the future.

Box things up and tear things down.
Out of sight and mind, yet the love of railroading is still there.
Much like the clinker in a firebox or the flicker of a glow plug, once the spark is produced the passion comes roaring back!

You're right! The love of railroading will always be there as it has since many of us were kids. Things change and there's been a lot of water under the bridge, but I'll always love trains.
