Good morning, America! We got home from Tennessee last night and we had a great time! Met up with our realtor and looked at houses on two days. Spent three days looking in and around Sparta and Cookeville. We found a great place in the country outside of Sparta, with a great view, really nice road and close to town. If all goes smoothly, we'll close at the end of February. We are excited to have found a house that is about as close to what we wanted as you could get without having it custom built. Now the hard work begins! Getting all of our stuff ready, deciding what to keep and what to get rid of. Got to finish projects on this house and get everything ready to sell here. A lot to do to get ready, so at times I may be absent or just not on here often. But when we're all moved, I will have a nice size room to build my layout and I am excited beyond words.

I could put a Boilermaker acronym here, but I'll just say we don't fool around!

Bob - You're moving fast in finding that retirement homestead. Good Luck. There really are no Whataburgers in the whole state of Tennessee. My wife's BIL loves their burgers and has to drive to Alabama to get one. He knows all of their locations from Cookeville to Gulf Shores and stops at all of them when we meet up for our annual vacation there.
