What brand of and name of is the paint Ro/USA trains is using on their grey MoW cars? I'd like to do some touch ups but haven't found a real match. I'd rather not have to repaint the entire MoW train.

You might almost look at this as an opportunity, rather than a problem.
If there is one class of railroad equipment where color matching would NOT be an issue, it would have to be MOW stuff. I can't recall seeing a photo of MOW equipment anywhere that wasn't a hodge-podge of patches, paint overs, peeling paint, etc., let alone paint that matched. Just sayin'.
