I recently acquired a 9 inch long passenger coach car made by Life-Like from ebay. What is the scale measurement of this car in HO if it is 9 inches long?
What is the HO scale measurement of this passenger car?

If you want your measurement in feet, divide by 12 to get the length of the car in ft, then multiply that by 87.
One other detail, is that if you wanted to look up the size of that car in some prototype data, it might not be a 65 ft car, it could be a 56-59 ft car because many times passenger cars are measured by the length of the passenger compartment between the interior bulkheads and don't include the platforms on the ends. Similar to the way that a 40 ft boxcar is 40 ft between interior end walls of the car and is actually 45-46 ft long over the couplers.
