It's an SD40-2

That was not an SD40-2, it only has 2 fans, according to this, its an SD38-2.

Who is WATCO?

Just a little background history...WATCO once upon a time owned and operated three branchlines in Wash state, promptly ran the lines into the ground without a lick of maintenance, got booted by the state of Washington, and now ONLY operate the Hooper Branch ex UP line...(and how they got away with THAT I'd like to know!)...

Yep, they've got a shortline in Alabama that they are wringing our every dollar before it closes down. They are, after all, a trucking company first, and always make sure they have truck service to replace those broken down old railroads.
