Thanks TJ, I enjoyed doing them. However the SRR Tobacco Hogshead cars were bigger than these cars. IIRC, 110' over the couplers, which meant they were about 93-98' long. They had those cushion underframes where the couplers stuck out from the car.

Ambroid made a kit for the tobacco cars. In the directions it says they were 84' interior length and 92 over the couplers. I think the longest a single car can be is 89' 4", that is what intermodal flats and autoracks are. Boeing stencils some of their 89'4" aircraft cars 94'8" which is the over the coupler length. Obviously articulated cars can be longer.
