Just a quick question: Is there a preferred video hosting site other than YouTube? I've been playing with my streetlights and would like to post a video, but not on YouTube (for various personal reasons).

Tony (Wombat) was using Vimeo to do his (not sure if that includes hosting). Photobucket also hosts videos and you can upload the link to here. I've done it straight off my computer using the insert video symbol in the Quick or Advanced Reply IIRC.

Thanks for the info. I'll check out Photobucket. I always thought the "insert video" option on the advanced reply was to insert a link to a video hosted elsewhere, similar to the photo option. I'll check that out as well.

Photobucket has free hosting, but loads of ads. Not as user friendly for finding your albums if you create any for specific subjects as it was originally. You can purchase a very cheap non-ad subscription. I took the 12 month one @ $9.99 to get rid of them, I use the site quite often.
