Small town on the right to support the industry on the left. Maybe a hill behind town to help hide the train and stretch the “length” of the run. Could also put a small staging track to provide access to the outside world.
What a versatile peanut
. Looks like you might have room for a loco to run-a-round a car and have a spur going the other way if you like that kind of thing.

I was thinking the same thing Louis, two destinations plus you could put a view block smack down the center!
Coal mine on one side, tipple or power plant on the other? Logging on one side, mill on the other?
Or how about dinosaur feed mill and dinosaur farm/zoo? Yeah that’s it!
Chris this would make an awesome little peanut railway to have fun with, now get to it!

It's quite symmetrical (maybe mirror image is closer). If you want scenery and structures you may want to loose a track or two....Lots of spurs without room for an industry
. However, your layout your rules. I'm sure many would ridicule my track plan
