Would anyone know which Model Master's gray spray is equivalent to ScaleCoat II UP Dark Gray 2033?

Can't help with that directly but you could try getting a picture of the Scale Coat and trying to match it with pictures of the Model Master paints to see which comes closest; unless, some one else can shed any real light on your question.
