Quick question on cork

I have been doing some searching and found a 24' continuous roll of cork roadbed for track for $5.35. My question-Is this good cork to get, and a decent price as well?
 
Yeah I was just thinking about that. lol I did some more looking at that roadbed and it was a good price, but shipping sucked. I am now on Hobbylinc.com and they have the woodland scenics roadbed priced pretty good. I think I am just going to get it there. Thanks for the response though.
