Here are some pics of the pilot model which is under construction. It will get a laser cut wood facade. The blacked in windows get laser cut "boarded up" inserts. I've listed a few sets of the raw castings on ebay for those that want to get a head start.

I got some of the laser cut parts today & got a little more work done on the pilot model. The facade is not glued in place yet.

will this be done in HO as well? How was the windows done in the front. I think it may be cool to see some wood still attached to the wall right above the plastered/ cemented area on the one side. As if there was an attached building and thats why the brick wall was covered with plaster.
