MOST Reliable 3-way Turnout

What is the most reliable 3-way turnout anyone has experienced?

I intend to place one in a helix 'box' just outside my train shed layout, and will be providing a door to reach in and fix derailments, but I am hoping to do that VERY seldom.

Here is my proposed use of a 3-way.

In this mock-up the carpet represents the interior of the train shed. That 6" wide floor board above the carpet is the wall thickness of the shed. Then the 3-way is mounted inside the external helix housing.

I have some nice Peco ones (pictured), and a couple of nice Roco ones.

Other recommendations?

I started my layout hand laying code 70 rail and turnouts and after my Kadee spike gun died, I started using Shinohara (Walthers) because at the time they had the best selection of turnouts and excellent flex track. I recently completed the last town on my layout and needed a 3 way in a yard in order to give me a bit more space in the yard. It had worked flawlessly so far after being in use for a couple of years.

I forgot to mention that I am using Code100 Atlas rail,....and I plan on DCC operation, so I don't want any electrical stalling on the 3-way
