Looks like Lionel now has the old tooling from 1960's Marx HO scale stuff. I noticed the short covered cement hopper car first, then the round top new englandish looking caboose, then the tank car. The only difference I can see is they now have McHenry couplers rather than horn hooks.
Marx went to Quaker Oats, then K-line, Model Power, then three other brands. This old worn out tooling, that wasn't that good to begin with, is apparently now Lionel's.
Scary thing is in 1962 this car was $0.99, the 1982 K-Lines were about $2.89. The Lionel version is $21.99. Sixty years later and the've only gone up in price 2121%.
