Kato HO Unitrack Layout Power Question

I some have ho cars with led lights for headlights. Can you use the Kato Power Accessory that powers the 3-Color Automatic Signal to power the cars by attaching their two wires to the style of cable that goes to the 3-Color Automatic Signal?
