Model Railroader and Railroad Model Craftsman both list them in the new products columns each month. A few of the historical societies run standard block ads in those magazines on a regular basis.
The Atlas website also has a listing of custom runs they make for clubs and historical societies. I'm pretty sure the Atlas units cannot be ordered from Atlas but must be ordered from the club or society that commissioned the run.
