Heritage 2-8-8-2 drawbar replacement

Anyone have any ideas for where to get a replacement drawbar for a heritage 2-8-8-2? Walthers doesn't seem to have them, and attempts to repair have proved fruitless...
 
I have a Bachmann Spectrum steamer that was missing the draw bar, and similarly they were out of them. My LHS was able to dig through their junk box and find one. Since I frequent them for advice and products alike, he was nice enough to let me have it.
 
Thanks. I -think- I actually got mine fixed strongly enough. Just needed some thicker CA and some styrene braces. But I'll keep asking around at lhs too. Plus York show is this weekend. Never know what you're gonna find there.
