Download a SCARM plan to thread

How do I download my plan created using SCARM software onto this thread? I would like to have it critiqued since this is my first attempt at designing a layout.
 
The way I have done it before is to save a picture of it, using the snapshot option, as a .jpg file. Then upload it as a picture.
