Well I have a couple undecs (new in the box), got them on ebay at a good discount (guess they weren't too popular at the time) Planned purpose for them was spare parts (drives) for other models. CB&CNS as a short-line would not be able to afford dash 9's although with some of the grades they could use them.
However I'm now re considering them for future use, not quite sure yet, but they won't be scrapped for parts.

I was hoping to find a decent deal on a Atlas b23-7 in Conrail paint at the train show this weekend but came up dry. Couldn't find one in any road name let alone in that lovely shade of blue.
