Cornerstone Series(R) Container Crane - Kit HO-WRR312 - Any Personal Reviews?

My layout has a rather blank spur area I am using for my modernish intermodal railcars and I would love to add an affordable crane.

This Cornerstone Series(R) Container Crane - Kit HO-WRR312, keeps popping up on ebay and websites I visit. It is in my price range but I do not see much for reviews.

Pretty much, does it work? And how? Manually I assume? Any other units I should consider?

Thanks for your time. A link to a website with a review would do fine.

Its just a static model that doesnt do anything, you can attach a container to it but its not a model that you can use to load unload cranes. There was a working model made by Hejin several years ago but it was around $600!

Forgot to add that you can use that crane or a smaller one like the Walthers Kalmar loader. http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/933-3109

There is a small shortline railroad in Palmer, MA that has both types of cranes in use in their small 1 track yard. You can see them in the backround of this pic.

This one is on Truck Stop Models. Both are metal kits and this would account for the price being higher. I have two of their hilos and they are nicely done.
