Background Buildings Make the Perfect Fit!

Background buildings are a great way of fitting an industry into a very tight space and help to blend in the 3D world with a 2D mural or background.
Here are a few shots that have been featured on several blogs I frequently visit of a tight space I found myself with in the small town of Gainesville that lent itself perfectly to background buildings.

Check out the rest of my hand laid HO layout in progress and visit often as I am continually updating it as construction continues.

Thanks in advance

Daryl, I agree about backgound buildings. I have the Arrowhead Ale building and it fits just right in an unused corner. The only thing different I've done is use trees and vines to disguise the lack of depth in the building.

I have already spotted one that's perfect for my layout, all I need to do is have it shipped :) they fit very good in small narrow spaces
