Don't know what you are seeing, but that appears to be a scrubby little tree on the fence row that is next to the road. Its top and all those in the background are a long long ways from the lines. Not a chance for them to be a worry. Jim, rest assured that if the power company needed to drop a line, they would clear-cut what is necessary.
