I was wondering if anyone on here know of any NCPU's with front pliot damage?
I have a F40 that was in the process of getting stripped when my daughter accidently dropped it on the floor

Which brand? If it's a life-like or Bachmann you may want to replace the pilot anyway!

its my life-like one i havent started the Bachmann conversion yet cause i have been stuck on the details of the body due to i want a real scale model lol

Good. The Life Like has very good body dimensions (as does the Pemco model) that is a good starting point for kitbashing an NPCU or even an accurate working F40PH.

Minatures by Eric makes brass pilots with coupler pockets, for the VIA units mind you, but the end plates are the same.

Here's the NPCU I did using the MBE end plates. they are solid as a rock and no need to splice in styrene to fill the hole.

You just need to salvage the Amtrak style MU/HEP plugs off the LL ends...

here's a link to the part(s)
