Which DCC Controllers for 4 DCC locomotives? Combine 2 NCE? Want control knob/handle for each locomotive for each separate decoder? Thank you?

Not much to go on so I would say Digitrax if you don't already have a DCC system. You can get controllers that have two throttles (two locos) or throttles for just one loco. Really depends on how often you want to interact with each loco. You are not limited to just one brand, if you include a computer with JMRI you can also use smart phones.

Nearly any modern DCC system will allow you to operate 4 locomotives. If you want to operate 4 separate locomotives at exactly the same time, you would need at least two throttles with capability of operating 2 locomotives at the same time, each. And then you will still need to switch between locos.
If you by yourself are capable of independently operating 4 locos at the same time, you may share dna with an octopus.

Two of these might do the job (as long as they don't interfere with each other).

Otherwise, a PowerCab system (maybe) or a ProCab system (definitely), along with 3 engineer cabs, will work.
