This is a kit, built from the old Walthers line of Passenger cars, with steel sides, wooden underframe, and a warped plastic roof. I straightened out the roof by soaking it in very hot water for several minutes, then clamping it in a counter tops with several heavy books. It has a set of the old Central Valley trucks, and rolls like a dream!
