I was particularly impressed how high he got his loco to jump when he was beating on his 'compass'.An interesting technique. Does illustrate well why long wheelbase equipment prefers larger radii though.

Totally forgot to remove the loco while recording. but the Kato loco are very strong and my loco is fine.Made me cringe too, if I attempted that, there would be wipers, sunshades, and trucks scattering everywhere!
Did you go back and straighten the ties (lower left at time 4:03-4:06)? When the ties are not tangent to both the rails it means the gauge is too narrow.
