I found him on line and ordered a couple of Atlas 89' ACF F89-J flat cars from him. These are the general purpose flat cars, not TOFCs.
I received them yesterday and found they were missing some detail parts that finish up the tie down points on the deck.
I sent an email to Y2PLAY with the concern. He responded right away that he was contacting Atlas and they would be in the mail tomorrow.
