Description: Intermountain's Cylindrical Hopper has come a long way. It was originally sold as a kit that took many hours to build, but is now available in ready to run form.
The detail on this car is out standing. Ladders and grab irons are all near scale thickness and the car comes with etched metal roof walks, metal wheels and Kadee couplers.
The car is a little light by NMRA standards.
The car is available into two styles, round hatch and thru hatch, and in many different road names. Each road name has many numbers available as well.

Pros: Excellent Detail, tons of names and numbers
Cons: fragile details, not enough weight

This is by far my favourite car. The detail is amazing. The etched metal roof walk is a great addition to this kit, as are the factory equipt Kadee couplers. There are lots of paint schemes and tons of car numbers. The price has even become more reasonable.
The only real draw back to this car is the details. They are very fragile and easy to damage by excessive handling.
