Description: This model is another great addition to Athearn's Ready to Roll line. This 52' Mill Gon comes in two different numbers, one with a coil steel load and the other with a scrap steel load.
The model comes with metal wheels and knuckle style couplers. The printing is crisp and clear. It also has metal grab irons that are painted and applied.

Pros: Excellent model all round
Cons: only one car number per load

This is a beautiful model at a good price. I wish it came in more numbers.

Pros: Crisp lettering, variaty of road names, good details.
Cons: Needs additional weight to bring up to NMRA standards.

A great car by Athearn, another great addition to their newer line of equipment. The car comes standard with metal wheels, and a load which weights very little. However, the only con I have is that I had to add weight in the car for it to reach the recommended 3.9 oz. But, weight is very easy to add in this car, as there are lots of space under the car for weight to be installed and hidden.
