Pros: Details, smooth operation, unique sounds of the QSI sound system
Cons: Speaker went bad, very difficult to disassemble, Poor Support

Unit has DCC/QSI sound, really crisp operation, like it very much. After a week, sound started to sound garbled then it quit. Support was very poor, took 3 calls and emails for them to tell me they are too busy to fix it, probably a bad speaker they will send me a new one or wait 6-8 weeks for repair.

Extremely difficult to disassemble, no hint of how to take it apart in the skimpy documentation. I gained a lot of respect for the details of the unit as I worked to disassemble it.

Replaced speaker and unit is working well, not sure i got all the detail parts back on though. I have other BLI locomotives, I'll thing twice before buying another.
