Typical of facilities found throughout America, you can use the buildings together as a single complex, or as individual structures along your railroad. Colorful decals for a variety of other industries are included so you can easily customize the models to fit your layout.

This is a kit that will do it all. It is big! Don't be fooled by the name "Dairy". It comes with decals for several industries including: Foundry, Machine Company, and Candy Company. The modular assembly is easy and fun to work with and allows for contruction by either following the existing design or modify it to suit your own space or design.
The kit includes materials for 5 buildings and a water tank. There are 8 large packs of parts. A plus to this kit is you will have plenty of parts left over. With the purchase of a few additional modular packs, you will be able to make several more buildings.
Although the assembly is not difficult, I would recommend you have experience in model building. The module will go together very well, but some planning is needed and careful assembly required to keep the model square and plum.
NOTE: I listed this product as version 1 because Walthers has modified the kit. The newer version with a December '06 release appears to even be better.
