This structure represents a stone building from the turn of the century, with an upstairs residence. The walls and loading docks are hydrocal castings produced from hand-carved masters. Also included in the kit are CBS decal signs, one-piece resin rafter end castings, smokejack, lined roof cards, and roof cap, Paper Creek Shake Shingles and Tarpaper (no painting or weathering required), Kappler stripwood, Grandt Line windows and doors, and Evergreen Hill Design metal detail parts.
