Pros: Nice kit, well painted
Cons: Lack "super" detail

This review is not intended to review Accurails 50' PS-1 Single Door Boxcar (which is the basis of this kit), but rather the custom scheme applied.

I saw these cars in Model Railroader, $18 a Single car, $30 for the two pack. I opted for the two pack so I would have both car #1980 & #2005, signifying the years H.B. Plant Railroad Historical Society has been around.

These cars are beautiful, and a great value for the scheme, as it seems most "club" cars run around $20-$25 a peice. The paint is PERFECT on both cars. I'm not sure if Accurail painted these, or if someone else did, but its safe to assume that Accurail did.

If you're into "club" cars, I'd suggest looking for these cars, they're great.
