Description: The Atlas Master Series Silver SD26 locomotive is modelled after the prototype created by AT&SF from their SD24 locomotives.

The Atlas Master Series Silver locomotive is DCC quick plug equipped and has directional lighting, as well as an enclosure for speakers should the user wish to upgrade it to a sound unit.

Pros: Great Detail, Smooth Runner
Cons: Horn and Bell are not in prototypical locations for Guilford Rail System Model

The horn and bell locations are wrong on the Guilford Rail System model, (they put the horn and bell in the same place as on the AT&SF model), but otherwise, it is a smooth runner, and is great puller. It doesn't have much room on board for the decoder due to the speaker enclosure in the hood, but I will upgrade the unit with a Soundtraxx Tsunami decoder when they come out with one for a turbocharged EMD 567 prime mover.

All of the details, (piping, air tanks etc) are pre-installed except for the horn and the ladders on the rear.
