Description: 6-1/4 x 8-3/8 x 4-1/2" 15.6 x 20.9 x 11.2cm

Revitalize your downtown with this new building. The first floor is home to an Italian restaurant, a phone communications company and a barber shop, while the upstairs is leased to a bowling alley. Realistic signs, a chimney and a roof-mounted air conditioner are all included.

Pros: Ease of assembly
Cons: looks a little too much like their police station and fire station kit

Not a bad kit. It's reasonably priced, easy to assemble, and lends itself to weathering to get rid of the trainset look. It looks like a repurposed version of the bank Life-Like released years ago. The giant square hole in the middle of the floor leaves plenty of space to install lighting of some sort.

Pros: Again easy to assemble
Cons: none

A little paint & weathering, plus a few real life items that you would see on any sidewalk will bring your model to life.
