Default Minn/St Paul area

I'm looking to see if there is a round robin group in the Minnespolis - St Paul MN area.

Hey, I do think there is one in the UofM. Otherwise I'm a member of the Luce Line club in Hutchinson.

Hey I am in the St. Paul area and I am also interested in finding a club, at least to see some layouts before I really start mine. I have a basic layout now but I have to move the table, and I may redo the whole thing to make it into something else.

By the way, I am a pretty young member at 18. I have a couple other people interested in HO trains, and we are working on a layout as I said before.

Luce Line Railroad Club in Hutchinson, MN is a really friendly club. When I first joined they were very inviting unlike a few clubs here in Minnesota.

Im just got involved with the New Brighton Connection model RR club. They are a modular club actually. They take the summers off because of the usual reasons. Then start up in the fall doing all sorts of events with folks setting up thier modules. Everything from nursing homes to shows. Im not a full fledged member yet. There is a protocol for that which makes sense. Gotta learn the ropes on setting up a few shows and attend a few of thier usual meetings. But when it comes to a hobby we enjoy, I would hardly consider that a chore. Its all part of the fun. The club at the U of M from what I understand is only reserved for actual students and probably faculty too.
