Default FS-1st 10 Pages of Stuff

I have a PayPal acct. & also take MO's. I am shipping 99% of everything by Priority mail flat rate boxes. If the items are to big for Priority & have to go regular mail, then I will have to give you a price after I box it up.
Every price on everything is Plus Freight.
Don't ask me for a price on a single item. Whatever is in the picture goes w/that item. I'll give a better price on multiple purchases as long as it's done at the time of the sale, not a week later. I will not ship the item until I receive payment. Absolutely no refunds or returns. I'm selling out, not in the Hobby Shop Business w/a money back guarantee. I spent 8 hrs. today going thru stuff, taking pictures & pricing the items.
All questions are welcome.

My layout looks like a trackside junkyard to begin with...
If you get a chance, a couple of photos couldn't hurt.
