Rail, ties and ballast looks good.
I am definitely adding the tie plates to the rails on my layout now. Just need to figure out how many.

I'm sure you'll be pleased with the tie plates. What I have learned is that very thin coats are required to paint it or it will loose detail. I have an airbrush, but it's buried deep in storage somewhere.
