Not too much to go on, but for a start what size (PIXELS) are your photos?
The largest acceptable photo is 800 x 600 Pixels

Are you trying to upload your photos to the Forums or the Photo Gallery?

What is the upload proceedure you are using?

If you are using insert Image Button on your post you have to have your image stored in a Photo host site like Photo Bucket.

If you want to upload your photo in your post then you have to use the " Go Advanced" Button and use The Additional Options to attach files.

Cheers
Willis

I'm in the same boat I am not able to upload photos. Are there permissions required? I am a registered member but have been waiting for a couple days to be able to post pictures into my photo album or on threads. Neither will let me upload the button is present but not active to click on to upload photos. Any ideas?

I stopped using the "attach" feature and got my own free account at Photobucket.com. I upload all my images to photobucket, then I link to them directly from the message. Allows for much greater flexibility - larger allowable sizes and no limit on the number of images you can include with a single post.

And here I thought you were having trouble but you've got it all figured out! The same method I use and it does work great!

When I download photo's I make them smaller w/Paint. I use a 12MP Kodak Camera & like the phones the pictures are way to big for the Forum. Will Landers sends me his pictures by email from his camera & then I put them in my Photo Imaging software & make any changes that need to be made & then I put them in Paint & downsize them about 20 to 25% & I also crop them when needed. Then I put them on the Forum for him. I've been using my Pictures file since I joined this forum about 11 yrs. ago. I also have a Photobucket acct., but my pictures file makes it a lot easier.
