I have a lot of 18 LBF coal hoppers factory painted for WEPX. The cars are silver with yellow ends. There are 18 different numbers. All are assembled with metal wheels and knuckle couplers-mostly McHenry but there are a few with Kadee's. The cars do not have loads. There are 2 cars that have broken stirrups.
