Base price for decoder and headlights for an Athearn unit is $35 Which includes parts and labor. Then Ditchlights are extra usually $8 per end which includes parts and labor. If you want flashing ditchlights then its extra as Iuse a different decoder which ismore expensive. All lighting will be LEDs which last longer then bulbs. You can EMail me direct at
