When things go wrong

I wanted to do a brush fire scene for my up coming bridges video and bought a $15.00 Walthers fire truck for the task.
Of course I wanted the truck to have some strobing lights and started drilling out holes in the plastic light bar for the SMD 0402 LED's when I went to fast and it broke all apart. Now what to do, buy a new truck? I thought maybe I could make a new light bar and looked around for some red plastic. I found and signal lens I made from some 1/4 inch red acrylic and cut some off for my new light bar. I also found some chrome like heat tape for the top of the light bar. Although it wasn't looking good for the project it turned of pretty well.
